Return Policy
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you are not you can return most items within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused, unwashed, tags attached and in its original packaging. Please see FAQ section for items that are excluded from returns.
Within 14 days period, we will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.
Refunds will be made excluding the delivery charges.
Please note, we do not offer free returns. Ensure items are returned using a tracked service to avoid any lost parcels, as we reserve the right to refuse refunds for items not received by us.

RETURN POLICY FAQs
To return an item, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Email us at info@mylittlewish.com to inform us about your return and the reason for it.
- Pack the Item: Place the item in a clean, suitable envelope or cardboard box, making sure to include your order details.
- Ship the Item: Send it to the following address:

Alcobendas, Madrid 28109. - Send the Receipt: Email us a copy of your postal receipt showing the shipping date and tracking number.
- Refund Processing: We will process your refund within 3 days of receiving the item, returning it to your original payment method.
You do not have the right to cancel or return the following items, whether exercising your legal right or returning under our policy:
- Products made to your unique specifications or personalized for you, such as bespoke cushions, suzani coats or lampshades.
- Items where the seal or tag is pulled, or items clearly used prior to returning.
Please note that we reserve the right to refuse a return if an item shows signs of use, such as pulled tags or any damage.
We cannot currently offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item using our normal returns process, and repurchase the correct item.
We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but very rarely some of our products might not be as perfect as we’d like.
If you identify a fault upon receiving an item from us, you must contact us within 14 days, then simply follow the returns procedure and we will process your refund as quickly as possible.
Take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed or the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Once your return parcel has been received, it can take up to 3 working days to fulfil your request.
Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your debit or credit card statement.
You have a right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the goods excluding the delivery charges.
Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.
You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Please check our return policy before sending back any goods.
We might have our products listed on many different online platforms such as Etsy, Not On The High Street or in a physical shop.
If you are returning a product that was purchased on any of these platforms, please refer to the platform's return policy and procedures and contact us from the platform itself.
