THAT IS WHY MY LITTLE WISH OFFER THAT ON ALL PURCHASES WITHIN UK
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you are not you can return any item within 100 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and in its original packaging.
We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase. Refunds will be made excluding the delivery charges.
FOUR SIMPLE STEPS
- Contact my little wish on email@example.com or +44 (0) 203 432 7747 to receive your return label (note that we will not be able to refund any shipping costs borne by you if you return the product(s) without using the shipping label provided by my little wish).
- Fill out the Returns Form sent with your order (keeping the invoice for your records) with the required information to let us know exactly which product(s) you are returning and the reason for the return.
- Place the Returns Form and the product(s) back inside the original packaging, then reseal and stick the return label on the outside of the box.
- Drop the box off at the nearest drop off point (provided in email).
PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN LABELS HAVE A TIME STAMP AND PACKAGES MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE BEFORE IT EXPIRES. MY LITTLE WISH WILL ONLY OFFER ONE FREE RETURN LABEL SO PLEASE GET BACK TO US IF YOU WON’T BE ABLE TO RETURN THE PACKAGE IN TIME.
Certain items are excluded from our returns policy for hygiene reasons. These items can only be returned in accordance with your statutory rights and are duvets and pillows if the sealed packaging has been opened, toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken.

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns for orders shipped outside the UK except were item(s) being faulty. Please contact us on email@example.com or +44 (0) 203 432 7747 to discuss how to proceed.
YOUR RIGHT TO CANCEL
You have a right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the goods excluding the delivery charges. Please note that delivery fees are not refundable. You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Please check our return policy before sending back any goods.
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO DEAL WITH MY RETURN?
Once your parcel has been received it can take up to 5 working days to fulfill your request.
When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your debit or credit card statement.
If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us on +44 (0) 203 432 7747 (Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm) so we can investigate.
WHAT IF THE PRODUCT IS FAULTY?
We pride ourselves on the fine quality of our products, but very rarely some of our products might not be as perfect as we’d like. If you identify the fault within 100 days of receipt of goods, then simply follow the returns procedure and we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.
Take extra care to read our Care Instruction page or any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed or the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.
Please let us know exactly what was wrong on the Returns Form so that we can make sure it doesn’t happen again. If the fault is found after this 100 day period, then please call us on +44 (0) 203 432 7747 to find the best solution with you.
