COVID 19 DELIVERY UPDATE (last updated 1/9/2020)

UK Delivery: We upgraded our standard delivery service to Royal Mail First Class to ensure we deliver products as quick as possible during the reduced postal service hours. 

 INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY:

There has been significant increases in shipping rates to many overseas countries and delays right now due to a lack of available transport links and suspension of certain country’s postal operations. This has unfortunately forced us to increase our shipping rates but we will continue to monitor the situation and return them to normal as soon as we can.

Collect your purchases from our Hersham, Surrey location for free. Please make an appointment (info@mylittlewish.com) before you come and collect your items. Your items will be ready within 24 hours of purchase.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, my little wish has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

 

FAQs

I haven’t received my order yet. Where is my item?

If you haven’t received your item within the delivery time frame provided by us, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier. If we don’t know the issue, we cannot help you so let us know as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?

All of our deliveries are tracked and signed for. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the delivery address, the driver should leave a card with information on arranging re-delivery or collection, but will attempt to deliver three times before returning the parcel to us.

You can re-arrange delivery by following the instructions on the card. Alternatively, with the card left by the driver, you can go to the Royal Mail post collection office near you to collect your item.

What if no card has been left for me to re-arrange delivery? Or lost the post office Delivery Attempted card.

Unfortunately, without the delivery attempted card, you will not be able to collect your item from the post office. Delivery will be attempted three times in total and the parcel will be returned to us.

If you think you will not be home to collect the parcel, we recommend using an alternative address where someone can sign it for.

Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, postage will be charged to re-deliver your order regardless of the total of your order.
