Sometimes, the courier takes 1–2 business days to register your shipment status, so we recommend allowing 48 hours for the tracking details to update. That said, if your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please reach out to us via info@mylittlewish.com. We're always here to help! 

1- UK Standard Delivery (7-10 days)

- Via Correos - Royal Mail partnership. Fully tracked and reliable service.

2- UK Courier Delivery (2-3 Business days)

- Via DPD or UPS depending on the courier's availability - Fully tracked and signed service. The cost for delivery is depending on your country and the weight of your parcel. You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135 

You’ll be contacted by Royal Mail, Parcelforce or the courier company if you need to pay any VAT, duty or delivery charges (‘handling fees’) to receive your goods.

They’ll send you a bill stating exactly which fees you need to pay.

They’ll normally hold your parcel for about 3 weeks. If you have not paid the bill by then, your parcel will be returned to the sender.

Please be aware that if an item is returned to us because you refuse to accept the parcel or fail to pick it up in time, we will deduct any additional costs incurred during the return from your refund.

Yes we can do this but you need to contact us (on info@mylittlewish.com) so we can give you a more accurate quote as this will be very much depending on the country treaty.

Once you use a pre tax service, you will not get charged extra amount when you received your items.

- We use Correos Tracked and Signed service for orders under 2 kg.

- We use couriers such as DPD, UPS or DHL for orders above 2 kg and Express Delivery.
