STANDARD DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK

Delivery is free for orders over £75 within mainland UK. All other orders to mainland UK incur a £4.95 delivery fee.

Once an order is packed and dispatched, it takes approximately 2-5 additional days to arrive within mainland UK. We try to dispatch your order within 1-2 business days.

Depending on the size, weight and value of your order, delivery will be made by either Royal Mail or UPS. You will receive an email to let you know your order is on its way. Deliveries are made between 9 am and 5 pm, Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays) Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days. 

All orders need to be signed for at delivery. We recommend you use a delivery address where there will be someone to receive your parcel. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the delivery address, the driver should leave a card with information on arranging re-delivery or collection, but will attempt to deliver three times before returning the parcel to us.

Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, postage will be charged to re-deliver your order.

 

NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERY WITHIN MAINLAND UK (GUARANTEED)

Next day delivery is available to Mainland UK at the cost of £12.95 for items up to 2 kg. For any items heavier than 2 kg, please contact us to get a quote.

Unfortunately, rugs, teepees and heavy furniture cannot be delivered by next day delivery service.

You will need to place your order before 3pm for next working day delivery. A signature will be required. Please note Saturdays and Sundays are not classed as working days. Orders placed before 3pm on Friday will be delivered on Monday. Orders placed after 3 pm on Friday will be delivered on Tuesday. Saturday delivery can be arranged at extra cost, please contact us (info@mylittlewish.com) to arrange.

INTERNATIONAL TAXES

Often customs and/or import duties are charged once a delivery reaches its international destination. Any such fees must be paid by the person receiving the parcel. Unfortunately, my little wish has no control over these charges and cannot inform you what the cost may be, as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country. If in doubt, we recommend contacting your local customs office for information before ordering.

 

FAQs

I haven’t received my order yet. Where is my item?

If you haven’t received your item within the delivery time frame provided by us, please contact us as soon as possible so we can investigate with the courier. If we don’t know the issue, we cannot help you so let us know as soon as possible.

What happens if I am not home at the time of the delivery?

All of our deliveries are tracked and signed for. If no one is available to accept the delivery at the delivery address, the driver should leave a card with information on arranging re-delivery or collection, but will attempt to deliver three times before returning the parcel to us.

You can re-arrange delivery by following the instructions on the card. Alternatively, with the card left by the driver, you can go to the Royal Mail post collection office near you to collect your item.

What if no card has been left for me to re-arrange delivery? Or lost the post office Delivery Attempted card.

Unfortunately, without the delivery attempted card, you will not be able to collect your item from the post office. Delivery will be attempted three times in total and the parcel will be returned to us.

If you think you will not be home to collect the parcel, we recommend using an alternative address where someone can sign it for.

Please note if a parcel is returned to us due to non-collection, postage will be charged to re-deliver your order regardless of the total of your order.
