DELIVERY DELAYS

Dear customers,

We would like to inform you on the upcoming Royal Mail strikes. There are upcoming strike dates scheduled in November & December. These are:

• Friday 9th December 2022
• Sunday 11th December 2022
• Wednesday 14th December 2022
• Thursday 15th December 2022
• Friday 23rd December 2022
• Saturday 24th December 2022

Any orders for which you choose a Royal Mail Delivery option OR any free deliveries above £75, will still be processed with Royal Mail. Please expect delays around the strike days. Your parcels will be delivered even with a delay when the back log clears. We do appreciate your patience during this time.

If you don't want us to deliver your parcel with Royal Mail, please upgrade your delivery to courier option at the checkout.

We do have a number of alternative couriers who are unaffected by the Royal Mail strike, including DHL, DPD and UPS. When you select a courier option, we will choose the most suitable courier depending on the service ETAs for that week.

This service is 99% of the time is delivering the next day.
