Yes they are but why not try and measure your feet using the easy instructions below to make sure you get it right first time. If you still get it wrong, no worries, you have one free return so you can send it back if it doesn't fit.
How to measure the length of your foot properly:
1. Place the heel against a wall.
2. Measure from the wall to the tip of your longest toe.
Note - one foot is often longer than the other, so please measure both feet. For children add 10mm to the measured length, leaving room for small feet to grow.
Well, it really depends on personal choice.
Boots are great for cold winter days, covers your ankles so no room for any cold to sneak in. Having said that, they are made of 100% pure wool so it is not only breathable but they also keep you warm in the winter and cool in the summer.
If you are after max comfort but least physical effort (like bending down to put them on) then the slip ons are great as they can be easily put on and off. The slip on model has to be snug so definitely measure your foot before buying them as you don't want them to flip and flop. If you are looking for a "house shoe", rather than a slipper, then the shoe model is just the right thing for you. You put them on in the morning and we promise you will forget you are wearing them in the afternoon. Comfy, cosy and stylish!
Firstly, both leather and rubber soles have the same shoe structure and apart from the soles, they are made using the same material so both are extremely comfortable!
Leather soles are almost weightless, like walking on air, gives bare foot feeling but still gives stability too. Great on carpets, tiles or wood floors. Not so great on slippery surfaces or wet weather.
Sturdy, flexible, waterproof and non slip, the rubber soles are made from natural tree rubber and good for indoor and outdoor use. Great if you want to pop outside for a minute and not think about changing your shoes. They are robust and hardwearing but cosy and comfortable too.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you aren't, you can return any item within 30 days of receipt, as long as it is unused and it is in its original packaging. We offer one free return label for UK orders. Just contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to request your free return label. Please note that you need to print the label and use it within 7 days so please email us when you are ready to return the items.
Unfortunately, we are unable to provide a free return label for international orders or orders placed on other UK platforms. If you want to return your order, you need to return items safely within 30 days to the below address:

It depends on which shipping option you chose at the checkout. We aim to ship all orders on the same day if placed before 2pm. If an order is placed after 2pm, we will ship it the next business day.
For the UK:
Royal Mail 2nd Class - usually 3-5 business days
UK Express Shipping with DPD - usually 1-2 business days
Next Day Delivery by Royal Mail - this is a guaranteed next day service by 1pm (orders must be placed before 2pm)
We will send you a notification with a tracking number when your order is shipped.
Please note if you choose Royal Mail 2nd Class , the tracking number will only show any information once a delivery has been attempted. This will enable you to go to Royal Mail's website (url is provided in the email notification) and arrange a redelivery.
For DPD orders, you will get a 1 hour time slot by a text message on the day of the delivery.
