RETURN POLICY

CHRISTMAS ORDERS: Any orders purchased after Dec 1st can be returned or until Jan 8th.

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase, but if you are not you can return most items within 14 days of receipt, as long as it is unused, unwashed, tags attached and in its original packaging. Please see FAQ section for items that are excluded from returns.

Within 14 days period, we will be happy to make a refund which will go onto the card which was used when you made your purchase.

Refunds will be made excluding the delivery charges.

If an item is returned which brings the amount spent below any qualifying level, including the free shipping offer, the offer value may be deducted from any refund.

We only offer one free return per customer. Subsequent returns will be paid by purchaser. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT RETURN LABELS HAVE EXPIRY DATES AND PACKAGES MUST BE DROPPED OFF AT THE POST OFFICE WITHIN 7 DAYS. MY LITTLE WISH WILL ONLY OFFER ONE FREE RETURN LABEL SO PLEASE ONLY REQUEST A LABEL IF YOU CAN GO TO THE POST OFFICE IN THE NEXT 7 DAYS.

RETURN POLICY FAQs

Whether exercising your legal right to cancel, or returning a product under our returns policy, you do not have a right to return the following/cancel your order in respect of: products that are made to your unique specification or that are personalised for you, such as macrame wall hangings, bespoke cushions or lampshades, or products sealed for health protection, or hygiene purposes once you have unsealed them.

Items that cannot be returned include:

- Bespoke Cushions that are made specifically for your specifications

- All Lampshades

- Glerups Insoles if the sealed tag has been opened

- Glerups slippers if the soles are dirty or the tag has been taken off

- Toiletries or beauty products if the seals have been broken

- Macrame wall hangings or feathers

You can return items up to 30 days of receiving them providing they are unused and in original packaging. If you return an item outside of the 14-day returns but before 30 days period, you will need to pay for the return postage and we will issue a refund in the form of a gift card, which we will email to you.

We do not accept returns after 30 days of receiving an item. If an item is faulty, this must be reported to us within 14 days of receiving it.

We cannot currently offer exchanges. To exchange an item, please return the item using our normal returns process, and repurchase the correct item.

We pride ourselves on the quality of our products, but very rarely some of our products might not be as perfect as we’d like.

If you identify a fault upon receiving an item from us, you must contact us within 14 days, then simply follow the returns procedure and we will process your refund or exchange as quickly as possible.  

Take extra care to read any specific care instructions provided with your purchase. We cannot accept an item returned as faulty if the appropriate product care instructions have not been followed or the damage caused to the product is clearly due to wear and tear or misuse.

Once your return request is received via email, we will reply to you with a returns label within 24 hours. please check your Spam folder if you havent received an email from us within 24 hours.

Once your parcel has been received, it can take up to 5 working days to fulfill your request. 

When we have dealt with your parcel we will confirm this to you by email, assuming you have given us your email address. Please remember that it can take three to four days after we have processed a refund payment for it to appear on your debit or credit card statement.

If, after sending your return to us, you have not received our email confirmation within 10 working days, please contact us on +44 (0) 203 432 7747 (Monday - Friday 9am to 4pm) so we can investigate.

You have a right to cancel your order in writing within 14 days of receipt and receive a refund of all charges for the goods excluding the delivery charges.

Please note that delivery fees are not refundable.

You will then need to return the item(s) by post. Please check our return policy before sending back any goods. 

Unfortunately we are unable to offer free returns for orders shipped outside the UK. Please contact us on info@mylittlewish.comor +44 (0) 203 432 7747 to discuss how to proceed.

We might have our products listed on many different online platforms such as Etsy, Not On The High Street etc..

If you are returning a product that was purchased on any of these platforms, please refer to the platform's return policy and procedures and contact us from the platform itself.
